Do your research and make up your own mind. The chart is truly terrible - even I can see that and I know nothing about TA. However look at the accounts and then decide where you think it’s going. It won’t be a quick turn around on price, so you have to decide whether you want to wait that long or you prefer another opportunity. These decisions are not easy and you won’t get it right all the time, but neither do the analysts. Any number of institutions had SVB in their portfolios….
