Hi again Neke, I don’t doubt your numbers, but I’m not even going to try to put a valuation on it. As I explained in my earlier post, this investment is speculating on potential. In such circumstances, I honestly don’t see much point in focusing on current financials. However, I’m feeling confident enough about my investment premise (admittedly it’s derived in a much less scientific and mathematical way than yours!) to have waded into the market today and purchased my third parcel. Up to 210,000 now, purchased at 10.5, 11 and now 8.2. Not quite pizzaboy stuff, but I do plan to keep at it if we drift a bit lower still.
