Absolutely. But given the current levels of debt, huge number of shares on issue, and the plans for even more, there's almost no chance existing shareholders are going to see large multiples of the current share price. I'd go into it in more detail but so far I haven't seen a holder that cares about numbers.
In my opinion, PE wouldn't look at paying more than 3.5-4c for this at current levels of debt and SOI with FY25 turnover and EBITDA.
You guys really should do the numbers, even if you "don't care".
