where do you get 4.6 for ALC? 1.9 was paid in Feb on completion. There is a further 1.9 based on audited accounts for FY23. That won’t happen until August, so in the FY24 year and a further 1.9 in FY25. Then there is deferred consideration, but that won’t happen until FY24 as well. Not quite sure what your finance cost is? I thought there was only the interest on the CBA facility. There will be an acquisition cost for ALC and the deferred consideration calc though. Less than 2 million I would have thought. have no idea what share based payment cost will be - no doubt large given all the options they are currently handing out. The biggest concern is further impairments on their investment - I know it’s non cash but it’s annoying and makes the accounts ugly. so our biggest difference is ALC should be 1.9 not 4.6?

I've adjusted it to (1.9) so it's now showing a slight stat NPAT. We'll see what the year brings, I'll believe it when I see it (and there are so many variables above the line anyway).
