I think the RSH offer was something like Jamwolf says it undervalued ADR and in reality was not discouted depending on the VWAP etc. In any case thats history. In hindsight I putting the valuation to one side I would rather have Marjan running ADR than our "pinball wizard" invisible CEO.
What I find more interesting is how the RESPIRI CEO is leading and engaging with investors to support their SP which has doubled in 3 months vs the ADR CEO who seems to to be invisible and reluctant share any detail on key data point he eludes to in general tems in his 4C etc but when asked for specifics ducks the question and hides behind the fact its price sensitive. Thats the point !
The Board inaction supports our CEO snoozing, happy to take our dollar while watching the SP stagnate and the company wither away to nothing.
