I think Mike's comment about slower new sales orders in Q4 following an expected good sales orders for Q3 may have disappointed some investors.
What was interesting was his comment about sales retention at 98% which is impressive. He also talked about the network effect as new customers are won.
This is a great company for the patient investor and a terible investment for the fickle/flighty investor looking for a flip and a quick buck.
