Hi @tinyteddy I was actually talking about another Director, who I thought is still employed by Pfizer after the Resapp t/over, Brian, but when I looked at LinkedIn, it seems employment stopped in November. However, certain channels could still be available for knowledge and expertise, just my opinion.

I want to ask you, what do you think about the word significant in the latest announcement from last week? They’re talking about a significant investment.

significant to me, means something around 25M upwards

at 19.99% it means company would have to be valued at 125M when the partner comes on board - an evaluation at this stage I think is about right

for this to make sense and equate in shares, share price would have to be $.10-$.12

or they put money down for shares, maybe at five cents and the rest of the money as an R&D investment

what do you think?
