    I don't think the SP is important, merely trying to understand the cost differential as I do not fully understand the concept behind it. I'm interested in a buyout and held for 4+years.     Thank you for explaining, makes a lot of sense and interesting to see other companies issue less vs more. I wonder how that affects performance or market fluctuations of a company with less shares on issue vs companies with much more.
