brickle now known as fresh tracks did a 45 to 1 stock split last year to raise their share price. They trade on the nasdaq which has different trading rules and I don't think they like shares trading under $1 otherwise you can get delisted. they don't like penny dreadfuls over there. The share price isn't something to compare between companies as every company has a different amount of shares available. market cap is more important.
