At least we know now they're not as bad at collecting cash as we all thought. They just have to get simply faster at implementing projects!
It's a tough market at the moment, lots of uncertainty around recession, inflation, interest rates etc so delays aren't surprising to me. I wonder if we'll see some industry consolidation over the next few months. Wouldn't surprise me if a small acquisition was made to then raise more capital.
