At pre-open 15.5c that's a market cap of A$105M, so your comment suggests you believe this is doing ~A$35M in ARR. I'm not seeing that number anywhere. Extrapolating out US$20.1M gets you to roughly A$29M ACV but the whole point of these threads recently is that the ACV number is not proving to be a reliable indicator (for all the reasons previously stated, not the least of which is lumpiness of spend, time to actually execute contracts, etc). At best, if you assume:

• They do in fact have a big H2 and grow say 50% verses H1, and
• Current customer receipts are say 90% recurring

Then you'd arrive at: A$5,248,090 + 150% = A$13,120,225 x 90% = A$11,800,000

So at pre-market open, it's trading at ~8.9x ARR's (with the big assumption that most receipts are recurring, and they'll have a huge 2H)
