I see your point but how many of those stocks are 87% down from their 2021 highs. Not many i would assume.
My take of management being incompetent is to the fact that shareholders have been concerned about the lag between the reported ACV and cash receipts for a while now and I haven't seen any attempt of them trying to appease SH's concerns.
