    Language seems very wary of increasing costs. Careful management of personnel being the key cost decider.

    Confident Ian knows that cash is king in this environment. And wouldn’t be surprised if coming out of 23/24 relatively unscathed is a key goal.

    People are quick to forget that the general macro environment is as shakey as it’s been post GFC.
