This venture is going to live or die on how good our offering is. Scenario 1 is our customers (existing and future) want/need our offering, management get their act together, the macro improves and this will be an absolute bargain in ~3 years time. Scenario 2 is our offering is not considered essential after the initial novelty wears off in which case we've been looking at a mirage and I've learnt a very important lesson about the value of stop losses.
