Hi Guys,
I know most of you guys are aware of the following SAAS metrics for healthy SAAS businesses.
IO why aren’t you providing the following information to SH?
- Customer churn
- Revenue churn
- CLV(Customer life cycle value)
- CAC(Customer acquisition cost)
- Months to recover CAC
- CAC:LTV
- AAR
The market hates uncertainty especially in a bear market. It’s almost impossible to value an SAAS business without understanding these metrics.
IO should have systems in place to measure these metrics to understand the health of 3DP. More importantly if this isn’t the case there is cause for more concern.
If it is the case then why is this information not being reported to shareholders.
