    Poorly managed maybe but not sure about fruad, they are serving a niche scnario with a elegant solution.
    Similair situation but even on a bigger scale, would you call Twilio a fraud of a tech company? Solid product but never turn a profit ever.

    Time will tell, I do hope they turn it around as I have a sizable investment that is running at a huge loss but from a technology point of view atleast the recording and use cases with AI its a good case.
