based on an per share trading premise 20c is still 20c. Your point of dilution is very valid but only applies if the Co is paying dividends or we are looking at market cap fluctuations etc.
Eg say I bought 100k at 25c in 2016, sold them at $2 and now can buy back the same amount at 25c again.
Dillution doesn’t matter as much for a trader but obviously a very important factor for investing
