I hold space for the possibility that a 'partnering deal' would have an equity aspect to it, however I think the price for the buy-in would more likely be a share issue, (new shares), based on a VWAP formula rather than a buy in 'on market'. If one gives any credence to that line of thought, it does create motivation for a low entry point for such partner. That seems to fit the trading pattern of recent IMO.
Do you think there might be an interested/potential partner? If not, why hold at the moment because PYC doesn't have $'s to go this alone? Or alternatively, if you do think there might be a partner waiting in the wings for the IND acceptance, how do you think such a deal might be constructed?
