As I mentioned operating costs will decrease in the other areas that will have a bigger difference than interest rates that were not sustainable in the first place and more related to property prices than WSI. As petrol prices, building equipment prices return to a more normal, costs will reduce and profits increase
World wide Govts are going boonta with infrastructure, guess what the infrastructure will require? your mindset is too narrowly focused, think outside the interest rate box.
