I asked an investor friend to look at OCC, the first thing he said to me was he is concerned about the bh deal not taking the company forward but standing time. It is to early to know in my opinion. We need another six months before we can start to see movement either way. But my thinking is, if that is what jumped out to my friend, maybe other investors feel the same and are not pulling the trigger until more light is shed on where this deal places the company. For me, i am very confident the deal will make us cash flow neutral within two years. A remplir deal will take us forward after that.
