All you supporters got taken for the ride of a decade.

All of the below is substantiated in the ASX ANN's. As I expect this to be reported by people wanting to silence truths.
Here's a little history lesson for anyone looking to buy in and yes I have provided the ANN's for each step of the way for substantiation. I have consciously selected to link the ASX announcements directly from the ASX website, as I know an angle used to report is "advertising" for linking external sources.

>Started by bold claims of beating google to AAA game streaming

>Followed by a partnership with crowd1, an accused international pyramid scheme to "Miggster" stating they will receive over 60% of the income.

>Claims of massive pre-launch interest with several price sensitive ANN's siting millions of people signing up

> Stock goes into suspension after gains of nearly 1000% over the previous 2 years.

> Discovery that all pre-registrations require no verification, meaning that, anyone can sign up as many times as they want with fake names and non-existent email address's that go towards the count. CEO responds at the time that they only used Google capture.
Miggster finally launches, however, not with the AAA games as promised, instead with only free to play HTML5. Not joking. Every single game on the Miggster portfolio could be googled and played for free on the first search. A very far cry from AAA games.
The biggest redflag of this imo. Miggster was only available to current Crowd1 members. Meaning that if you were not part of this accused pyramid scheme, you couldn't play it. Also worth noting, payment was only accepted in crypto.

- Claims of partnerships with major international companies cut down to the fact they only bought the products to give away and no partnerships in place.
- That 60% starting income split has quickly become less than 2%
- The agreement made with Crowd1 is VERBAL there i nothing in writing, CEO also claims to not know who the owner of Crowd1
- Numerous agreements with companies such as cloudzen, rocketdog, Sasol that never eventuated into anything.
(Side note, I actually tried to get in touch with Cloudzen, the number on their website takes you to a home with screaming children and an angry man not knowing what Cloudzen is)

I've left quite a few things out that I have evidence of in the 3+ years I've been following this stock and left only the things substantiated in ASX announcements. Most supporters here have abandoned ship since then.

I've learned a lot from this stock and for that I am thankful it exists. As it's a real eye opening extreme example, was quite entertaining while all the above was going on.

I hope that those curious can take a step back and see the big picture of recent history before investing their hard earned dollars. As the HotCopper terms of conduct states.
