Emerge Gaming Limited(ASX: EM1) (“Emerge”or the “Company”), advises that following the approval of shareholders at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29 November 2022, Emerge’s change of name from Emerge Gaming Limited to Stream Play Studio Limited has been registered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Emerge’s ASX ticker code will change from EM1 to SP8 with effect from Monday, 12 December 2022.
It is just a name change but facts are it has a history of dubious dealings with unscrupulous and deceitful partners and has only made money when involving itself with a pyramid/ponzi scheme which it later admitted .....those that pump this stock as a gem should seek their own support.
