Just FYI, revenue guidance/revenue is just like a wet dream, you can have 100m of revenue and the management go out there and splurge on travel and give themselves a big pay cheque. I think people here are more concern about the margin as well as the later example that I pointed out, the expenses are in parity with Revenue or worse.

Besides, the other thing that raise serious question is why would a company so heavy into R & D would transfer $8m into term deposit? is thing slowing down?

There is always a happy ending for both parties, you have successfully accummulate more shares which you deemed worth and the other party would feel relieve for getting out of a share that has been declining continuously for more than 12 months. To be honest, there is no need to exchange love letter here or show your appreciation.
