Completion has blown out to End of September. As long as it's this year I'll be happy.
Pricing is a bargain at the moment and have a few orders in for different price points.
Remember the Warren Buffett quote peeps: "fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful."
We should see massive panic selling across the board in the next few months. Make sure you're saving your coin to pickup some bargains.
