I feel there's a good chance we wont be completed till 2024.
Sep can easily blow out till Nov - then Dec when nothing happens and wahalla it's the new year when again nothing happens till Feb.
Timelines with all construction seems to be often optimistic these days with stretched delivery times and tight labor.
No biggie though it will happen just gotta be patient.
