Each to their own - i was of the opinion finance was basically done and that we were just waiting for the licence and it would follow soon after when if fact we hadnt even done an updated dfs to get finance. Even the presentation has a cross between finance and construction stages. The crawl walk run strategy hasnt worked as we have no module 1, so we are looking at selling the project as we cant get finance by the look of it. Delays cost money. Id rather have a project up and running even if theres some dilution, a diluted project is better than no project or a project that is stalled.Wheres this Urbix deal anyway with the worlds most qualified Graphite - surely must be close.
