The following events occurred subsequent to the end of the period:The Company has extended SL 21754 on the Bowsprit project until March 2024 to allow for drilling of the horizontal sidetrack of Bowsprit-1.Other than as disclosed above, no event has occurred since 31 December 2022 that would materially affect theoperations of the Consolidated Entity, the results of the Consolidated Entity, or the state of affairs of the ConsolidatedEntity not otherwise disclosed in the Consolidated Entity’s financial statements."
