Personally I have seen this on plenty of occasions, particularly at the this stage of development there’s a lot going on.
The fact we have both a mine and the process plant in a sense doubles the amount of risks that need to be addressed.
It’s essentially covering the company’s ass to protect it from litigation, by informing investors of any possible risks.
Actually think it’s a great research template for an investor, probably what we should all do for ourselves before investing.
