    Looks like textbook lawyer disclaimers. Im not sure if people think that there is any company out there that doesnt have these risks?
    What's the risk statement of a company operating outside of Australia? 'risk of gov/rebels/military walking in a taking our whole mining operation'??

    Im as keen as anyone for a material update, but I am happy to wait because (IMO) the goods will come sooner or later. EV transition not stopping. Alot of graphite needed. Just saw last night VW investing 200B in EVs over the next 5 years? Lots of cash being splashed.
