All looks fine to me. A neat summary of where things are at and a very broad coverage of possible risks - increased costs, delays, possible future capital raising. It's all business speak but is highlighting that the old DFS is not applicable to today.One of the risks under environmental issues is spills... So yeah, pretty broad and generic there.
