The problem is try mapping those back to the announcement in November last year where clear dates were offered to excite folks and then see if you like what you see. Progress? *cough cough* Slippage? Substantial, Clarity of progress? Opaque at best...so not so exciting for folks but just kicks the can down the road with words of hoping and wishing.
