The last 10 years of loose registry has taken its toll, for sure, but the asset is simply too cheap at these level for buyers to ignore. So, right now, we continue to soak up the excess. When we eventually get to the point where sellers are outnumbered, the stock will rally again. @GCInvestor, have you got an updated broker data? I suspect the same sellers are still at it....
