Far from worthless, that's $23m worth of equipment IXR doesn't need to go and fork out extra cash to buy and is there ready to be utilised when called on, currently is being used actually with the tests being done on samples and testing which is vital towards showing potential customers and for the building of the upcoming demo plants in Belfast and Makuutu, then the refinery plants (plural) to come in the US.

Short sighted and naive to not just discount but eliminate those as not having any worth, not to mention the project itself for the tenements is worth more than $23m.

I agree with the liability total under $1m being a great asset in itself and becoming a future industry leader not only in Mining rare earths but also refining and recycling.

You don't think the rest of the Macro financial and economical environment has impacted the share price and IXR lives in it's own bubble eh? Immune to global bank rate increases reducing liquidity and easy money, EV short term production dropped with demand for REEs over the past year down, hence REE prices have been falling since last year, funny how IXR's share price spiked to 9.8c when REE prices spiked and then share price has coincidentally followed the REE price decline but that doesn't certainly explain the current share price and direction eh?

Not having a go, just highlighting there's more to it and can't simply dismiss things or take things in isolation that many keep doing.
