Clearly, the timing of the CR is disappointing but at the same time it has clearly been well supported
by existing plus some major investors .Also, the share dilution is something shareholders will also
be disappointed about but here is the twist .Beach had great success with their Enterprise well and
on discovery resulted in a give or take 60cent increase in share price at the time, based on their 60% stake in the well
At the time Beach issued shares were roughly comparable to AJQ i.e around 2.2 bill shares.

My take so far.....plenty to look forward to as any highly probable "discovery" drill success similar to Beach will
clearly result in a AJQ re rating even with the dilution...you do the numbers re potential sp appreciation even
now after CR possibly divided by 2.Still looks attractive....but as always my opinion only
