The amount of the raise is suspiciously similar to the amount for the MOG IPO. Is this AJQ's new plan to keep MOG/AJQ as one entity and funnel the IPO funds directly into AJQ?

AJQ are very light on information around a raise of this scale in a company of this size.

it’s impossible in the traditional sense of a CR due to ASX rules. The max you can raise with shareholder approval on 7.1 and 7.1a is 25% of MC per annum, so it must be something non conventional.

They should probably communicate something about it or the buy side may evaporate.
