The only real question that remains for me is this.

Does the mining license require all ownership issues to be dealt with before the mining license is issued?
Or does it only require the majority ownership be free of issues?

If the first one, then we'll have to wait for 18 months before the license can be issued.
If the second one, then we might get it issued despite the court cases over minor ownership problems.
