This announcement is the biggest Red Flag moment of 2023 IMO and we are only in March

The fact an independent auditor has signed off on the half yearly books and stated they don't believe arbitration will be sorted for another 18 months and AVZ stated that the ML won't be issued until arbitration is sorted, means this baby aint moving anywhere anytime soon

Potential delisting in May 2024 is now a real possibility, perhaps the company will bite the bullet and come out of its self imposed suspension prior to May next year...... that should be a fun week
