Fortunately the arbitration cases we are involved in are NOT related to 'mining rights', despite the mining rights depending on these matters. The cases we are involved in are related to contractual rights, obligations and project ownership. The arbitration cases are with Zijin Mining and Cominiere, neither of which have any influence or bearing on the issuing of the mining license by the government. All IMO.
