it's really not about agreeing or disagreeing. There are people here that think it's a typing error and all sorts of nonsense. They are the same people asking for 'clarification' or a 'laymen's term' announcement. I see and read legal / court documents every day of my working life... that report could not be any more clear and requires no clarification as far as I am concerned. Anyone that thinks any different is either wishful thinking or simply unable to comprehend the report as it is written. IMO.
