South Harz Potash Limited (ASX:SHP) (South Harz or the Company) is pleased to advise that Mr Seamus Cornelius has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 21st August. Mr Cornelius is the current Executive Chairman of Danakali Limited (ASXNK) (Danakali), a role he has held since July 2013.
Looks like our chairman is in no rush to distribute our cash to us as he is too busy pocketing his money from other company
