Regarding the DOE LPO, I know we'd all love to see that last month. I'd hoped originally for early this year, but after listening to Jigar Shah in multiple interviews, it's clear that the Due Diligence phase is quite robust. They assess all aspects of the business and want to have a clear likelihood of being repaid. This includes offtake partnerships, suppliers, tech, business model, leverage, etc. One of the things he was very insistent on was that they are not the initial capital. They expect companies to come with some other form of cash, be it capital raising in the market or strategic partnerships. I think the Phillips 66 was very good, but having LGES with a big investment and research collaboration are keys to this loan approval. Can't wait for the day that loan is announced.

WIth that said, EOS energy bulls were very excited to get a LPO nod last week, and the stock has gone down after an initial bump, so I don't expect that news to be the enormous catalyst we'd all like it to be.
