Throwing names like Panasonic and LG mean nothing if it's not binding and substantiated. The so called partnerships have to lead to something profitable to matter. NVX will spend $150 million on staffing and admin costs before they even see the $150m DOE loan.
What performance has there been for management to pay themselves performance bonuses?
