Pretty sure he's ramping up, but to the point of absurdity - can't say I agree. But no doubt they need consistent news and orders to filter through to keep the sp buoyant. To be fair though the $33m deal led to about 37c (from about 23c) and then has come down as it does. I don't think another equivalent order is needed to maintain this, just steady stream.
