Quality areas attract people, bangsar south is full of amenities and consists of shopping centres, schools, universities transports etc…. It forms a vibrant community….. properties there will always be in high demand… Uoa development has been in the market for decades and knows the cycle and also build quality buildings that people can trust
compare this to country gardens which is a Chinese operator on the verge of collapse, the area they built is close to Singapore but lack many infrastructures and amenities and essentially a ghost town… buildings where country garden built deteriorates quick due to the malaysian climate and close to the beach… without people living there it will only depreciate quicker ….
you cannot compare bangsar south to country gardens… totally different areas…. Even in Australia, performance of one surburb vs the one next door can be completely different
