compare this to country gardens which is a Chinese operator on the verge of collapse, the area they built is close to Singapore but lack many infrastructures and amenities and essentially a ghost town… buildings where country garden built deteriorates quick due to the malaysian climate and close to the beach… without people living there it will only depreciate quicker ….

you cannot compare bangsar south to country gardens… totally different areas…. Even in Australia, performance of one surburb vs the one next door can be completely different

Thats one development of many in Malaysia though.
I understand different locations etc but you dont get these ghost towns in Australia. If there was a large number of completed apartments 100km from Sydney CBD it would be snapped up / re-purposed etc because you have the demand.
