The trend in "other revenues" looking pretty healthy to me. Comments on Vietnam read well also, the area they are in is in walking distance from me right now and a nice spot in my opinion.
As for the dividend, the usual rather have a capital return or buyback comment applies again from my point of view, not sure anything will change there though.
Market will probably yawn at the result again I guess..
