The dividend was 0.5c in 2019, with the re-introduction of interim dividend of 2cps and the final always higher than interim, If the final dividend is to be 3cps, this will bring the yearly dividend to 5cps....which will mean the share is trading close to 10% yield...
with such strong balance sheet position, ample development on the way and other revenue streams....
It is looking V attractive.
