@Senseightynine, the company has cash of $8.3m & easy access to another $3.6m (as you mentioned) to total $11.9m captial, & multiple top shelf projects nearing completion; $11.9m should be enough ammo to keep the lights on for another +12 months at the previous record high burn rate, which should decrease now, buying more than 12 month's time:
i also expect ICI should return to cfp soon, maybe even this quarter, because the report says the formally revised Animation Services projects "[have now] received formal endorsement and have entered full scale production", & revenue from new projects such as Engineers should start flooding in from next quarter
as to LS' goodwill, "i'd be questioning the goodwill in Lemonsky", the biggest losers are currently LS' founders who are close to 70% down on the value of the ordinary shares they were issued; so yes, if SP doesn't appreciate before FY ends i expect LS' book value will be impaired to reflect fair market value; but SP should appreciate before then, especially if the IPO proceeds. LS' goodwill is $34m which i think is EXTREMELY low:
