LS' goodwill is $34m which i think is EXTREMELY low:

The intangible asset comes from multiple of revenue. LS is not writting off its WFH business. Should everything fail and ICI is to sell everything, LS will net about 3 times revenue for ICI.

I do not see how share price by year end will affect the goodwill/intanginble asset of ICI. As long as WFH revenue coming in, the valuation wont become zero.
