Accrued expenses are costs incurred that they havent been billed for (eg supplier invoices - work is x% complete but no invoice yet). It's rightly on the balance sheet - google cash vs accrual accounting for more.
Again, I reiterate that there was positive operating cashflow during ramp to commercial production and we know the debt facility has been partially paid down (per the quarterly).
So I disagree that the balance sheet is stretched paper thin.
Today's selloff is lingering bad sentiment, there's nothing significant in the 2.5month old financials released today that changed since yesterday IMO.
